One of Triple C Advisory’s (TCA) expanding areas of work is a gender-responsive approach to Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI). We have learned valuable lessons from our work, including the importance of kindness, which is the subject of this blog. The lack of JEDI traction indicates that we need to try something new, and more kindness could be one of those things.
